To place orders on TheGreenWealth, you must be at least 18 years of age or be accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

You agree not to misuse our website, transmit malicious software, attempt unauthorized access to server databases, scrape catalog information systematically, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

We make every effort to display the dimensions, specifications, and colors of planters, organic soils, fertilizers, and accessories as accurately as possible. Handcrafted terracotta and ceramic planters may also exhibit minor handcrafted characteristics.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation screen or email does not signify our final acceptance. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and TheGreenWealth occurs upon dispatch of the shipment from our nursery.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion due to stock unavailability, unforeseen plant health assessments before packing, unserviceable delivery locations, courier restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such events, any amount paid online is promptly refunded in full.

• Currency & Taxes: All prices are displayed in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods taxes unless explicitly indicated.
• Shipping Rates: Free delivery applies automatically to all orders with a cart value of ₹499 or above. Orders below ₹499 incur a flat standard shipping charge of ₹79.
• Payment Options: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and approved electronic payment methods including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking through secure payment gateway infrastructure.
• Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to revision without prior notice, but price changes will not impact orders that have already been confirmed.

To ensure safe delivery of perishable plants, customers agree to:

• Provide a complete, accurate shipping address with valid postal PIN code and nearby landmark.
• Provide an active, reachable 10-digit telephone number for courier delivery coordination.
• Promptly receive the parcel upon arrival to prevent prolonged confinement in delivery packaging.
• Follow included initial unboxing instructions regarding hydration and indirect sunlight exposure.

All website content, including the brand name "TheGreenWealth", logos, custom artwork, product photographs, text descriptions, graphics, and interface designs, are the property of TheGreenWealth or its content licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, TheGreenWealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or purchased products.

Because living plants depend on appropriate environmental conditions (adequate light, correct watering, temperature control, and suitable potting mix), TheGreenWealth is not liable for plant deterioration occurring after successful delivery and receipt, except as provided under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
