We partner with established logistics and courier carriers to deliver across serviceable postal PIN codes throughout India, including metropolitan cities, tier-2, and tier-3 towns.
If your delivery PIN code is unserviceable by our courier network, you will be notified at checkout or contacted promptly by our support desk before order dispatch.

Live plants require careful preparation before travel. Our botanical handlers complete a strict checklist before packing:
- Plant Health Check: Inspection for robust root vitality, pest-free leaves, and balanced soil moisture.
- Hydration Stabilization: Plants receive optimal hydration so root plugs stay comfortably moist during transit without rotting.
- Dispatch Window: Orders are typically packed and handed over to courier partners within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are prepared on the subsequent business day.
